Could it be..?
Every now and then, someone will claim that Geena have done cameos or other appearances in films - and not always be correct. These allegations even make their way into trusted sources like IMDb and Wikipedia. The two most commonly claimed are these, see clips:

“Geena” appears at 1:21 and 4:29 (countdown 3:33 and 0:27). Is it really her, though? You decide!
Muppet Treasure Island - Roll Call
Is that not Geena “Big fat ugly bug-faced baby eating O’Brian” at 1:08 (0:14 on the countdown version)..? Judge for yourself!
No way. Neither of those are her. Similar maybe, but not enough. C’mon, we’ve all seen a million and a half pics of Geena. Enough to know when we’re looking at her and when we’re not. Those definitely aren’t her.
